Pavepoint Solutions is a registered legal entity operating under UK and UAE jurisdiction. These details can be independently verified through Companies House and the Dubai Department of Economic Development.
Our Compliance Policies
Each policy below is maintained, reviewed annually, and applied to every transaction and counterparty relationship.
KYC & AML Policy
- Full identity verification required for all buyers, sellers, and intermediaries before engagement.
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) applied to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and high-risk jurisdictions.
- Ongoing transaction monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
- Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed in compliance with UK Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) and UAE AML Law.
- Annual re-verification of all active counterparties.
Sanctions & Restricted Parties
- All counterparties, beneficial owners, and jurisdictions screened against OFAC (US Treasury), UN Security Council, HM Treasury (UK), and UAE local sanctions lists.
- Transactions involving designated individuals, entities, or countries are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately.
- Screening repeated at transaction initiation and at any material change in counterparty information.
- Independent sanctions screening tool used in addition to manual review.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC)
- Zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments, and corrupt practices in all jurisdictions.
- Compliant with UK Bribery Act 2010, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021, and FCPA (where applicable).
- All agents, intermediaries, and third parties required to sign Anti-Bribery & Corruption declarations.
- Gifts and hospitality policy enforced across all personnel.
- Regular training for all staff on anti-corruption obligations.
Data Protection & Privacy Policy
- Personal data processed lawfully under UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- Data collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate compliance and trade facilitation purposes.
- Counterparty KYC data retained for a minimum of 5 years post-transaction in accordance with AML regulations.
- All data held on secure, encrypted systems with access controls and audit trails.

Terms of Business
- Pavepoint Solutions acts solely as a trade facilitation intermediary and does not take title to any commodities.
- All transactions subject to mandatory KYC/AML verification as a condition of engagement.
- Neither party shall be obligated to proceed with any transaction that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of Pavepoint's compliance team.
- Disputes governed by the laws of England and Wales, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Pavepoint Solutions reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any engagement where compliance obligations cannot be satisfied.
